The purpose of the Swedish Companies Registration Office's (Bolagsverket) operations is to provide the prerequisites for a stable and well-functioning business life. By registering and providing current and accurate company information, we contribute to increased transparency and security for actors in society. Responsibilities

Do you want to work in a role that combines customer contact with qualified case processing? We are now looking for case workers for our crime prevention department.
The mission of the Crime Prevention Department is to be responsible for the Swedish Companies Registration Office's crime prevention work.
At the Crime Prevention Department, we work to strengthen the quality of the Register and prevent our services from being used for economic crime. The Unit for Winding Up Companies 1, where you will be assigned, is responsible for case processing, information, and customer service within the area of company dissolution.
As a case worker here, you handle, investigate, assess, and make decisions in cases concerning the winding up of companies. The work is carried out with support from laws and regulations and entails significant personal responsibility while you collaborate closely with colleagues and other interested parties.
You have daily contact with our customers and provide service and support via telephone and written channels in both Swedish and English.

Qualifications
To thrive and succeed in the role, you need to be structured and able to plan and organize your work effectively. You have a good ability to learn new tasks and adapt to changes. You collaborate well with others and contribute to achieving common goals. Since the work can sometimes be intense, it is also important that you are stable and can handle stress in a constructive way.
You need to have:
- A completed and approved upper secondary education.
- At least 1 year of current experience in case processing and customer service, both via telephone, email, chat, and writing.
- Experience in reviewing, handling, and registering cases.
- Experience in work that has involved making assessments and decisions in cases during your case processing.
- Good computer skills and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with and use various digital tools.
You also need to have good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Meritorious:
- Post-secondary education in a relevant area for the operations.
- Experience in qualified case processing, counseling, and customer service via telephone, from a government agency with similar tasks.
- Current experience as a case worker at the Swedish Companies Registration Office.
